B.F.A. CAPSTONE IN VISUAL COMMUNICATION DESIGN

In conversations with fellow Christians, I’ve noticed a common struggle: Many find it difficult to recall and share how the Lord has worked in their lives. That’s what inspired Ezer Stone—an intentionally designed experience that invites followers of Christ to pause, reflect, and remember God’s faithfulness.

STONE MAPPING

Throughout the card game, players are tasked with choosing a location token and image card that represents or symbolizes a moment in their life when God was present or actively at work.

Players then reflect and share with one another their card selections and how the Lord worked in their lives.

After reflecting on how the Lord has worked in their lives, participants are invited to write their story on a small scroll. They then roll it up, mark it with beads bearing their initials, and pin it to the wooden map at the location where they experienced God’s presence.

MAP LOCATIONS

Ezer Stone includes seven unique locations, each representing symbolic meanings found throughout biblical texts. Participants pin their stories to the location that reflects the season or setting where they encountered God’s presence.
